Mott MacDonald has undertaken numerous assignments acting as the
technical adviser for the sale and acquisition or re-financing of
existing landfill gas assets on behalf of prospective and preferred
bidders or on behalf of the lenders. These projects have involved
the review of approximately 100 sites across the United Kingdom and
Ireland.

Assets sites where due diligence was undertakenThe reviews
comprise an assessment of gas prediction models utilised by the
commercial enterprises involved together with a sensitivity
analysis on the predictions, a technical and financial review of
the power generation assets (operation and maintenance), a contract
review and a review of environmental and permitting issues.
