Our involvement in developing a waste management facility does
not necessarily end with commissioning and hand-over. We can
provide ongoing operation and maintenance advisory services,
periodic condition surveys and supervision of repairs, maintenance
and replacements.
The effect of a breakdown could result in complete closure of the
facility leading to the diversion of all the waste that would have
been received. We can help produce a diversion strategy.
In order to minimise catastrophic failures, we can assist in the
production and programming of a maintenance plan.
We will also periodically assess the condition of civil, mechanical
and electrical systems of existing facilities, commenting on their
state of repair and advising on a replacement programme. Controlled
and routine maintenance will prolong the lifetime of plant and
equipment at the site and provide an estimate of costs and
expenditure for budgeting purposes.
